Julie visits the wonderful Cerne Abbey – the most beautiful historic house nestled in the enchanting village of Cerne Abbas in deepest Dorset. A former Benedictine monastery, dating back to 987, Cerne Abbey has been the home of Michael and Barbara Fulford Dobson and their family for the past 50 years. Barbara is the most wonderful artist and Michael gave a lifetime of service to Her Majesty the Queen. Julie joins the family to find out what it’s like living alongside 1000 years of history.
