After a devastating fire in November 1940 this exquisite historic house was partly saved when it featured as the lead character in the TV drama series Brideshead Revisited and in numerous other films and TV series, including the recent Netflix series, Bridgerton. Castle Howard has been the home of the Howard family since it was built over 300 years ago.
